The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves happy. The amount of work is the same.
What a man thinketh
Thought is the sculptor who can create the person you want to be.
Henry David Thoreau
Beauty
Beauty is a primeval phenomenon, which itself never makes its appearance, but the reflection of which is visible in a thousand different utterances of the creative mind, and is as various as nature herself.
Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

Which One Do You Feed?
An elderly Cherokee Indian was teaching his grandchildren about Life. He said to them
"A fight is going on inside me; it's a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.
One wolf is: fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other wolf is: joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth compassion and faith.
This same fight is going on inside you and inside every other person too".
They thought about it for a minute, then one child asked his grandfather: "Which wolf will win"
The old Cherokee simply said: "The one you feed".
The Law of Abundance ~ Rev Nancy Althouse
The Law of Abundance
The world as we see it. Do we talk about lack?
God has provided the earth with all we will ever need. The substance of abundance has been here since the beginning of creation.
Gen.2:7
‘Dust of the earth” with which we were made, God gave us complete dominion over it.
God is no respecter of persons, and all his children have an equal right to our Father-Mother God’s inheritance of abundance.
Why do we experience lack? We constantly speak about all thoughts of cost of gas, poverty, situations, lack of peace. Not only do we think of lack, we speak lack.
Example:
the world is going crazy.
I’m concerned that I will lose my job.
Gas price are going up-up.
I feel sick and tired of trying.
I am afraid of 2012….. (Remember the I AM…)
What we confess to ourselves and the universe becomes a reality.
Proverbs 18:21
Death and life is in the power of the tongue...
When positive words of strength are spoken to the mind, body and the universe the Prana (life-force) currents become subject to the spoken word.
What we read, talk about and listen to, think about, is our faith---negative to positive.
When we speak positive faith-filled words to our body we are baptized in healing and strength.
• We should lift up our eyes—look past the appearance of lack to Father-Mother God—raise our thoughts and vibrations.
• Bless our bodies, minds, jobs, possessions, finances and debts.
• Give of ourselves: tithe, share---put your bread upon the water.
• The Lord is my Shepherd, and I shall not want.
• Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me….
